Carnivals
Rowner Carnival - Where it all started...
We have been taking carnival photos since 2004, starting with our own local community, the Rowner Carnival has been going from strength to strength. Now in its 6th year plans are already in progres for carnival number seven in the summer of 2009.

Bridgemary Carnival - Keep em' coming!...
With their début in 2007, Bridgemary put on an absolutely fantastic first carnival surpassed only by their second in 2008.
Despite nearly being rained out during their first carnival - everyone carried on regardless, the band (Batalla) played as the heavens opened and they we're still playing when the sun eventually came out, we truly enjoyed this carnival and some of our best pictures we're of people huddled under trees, umbrellas and carrier bags - and they we're all smiling! We can't wait until next year to see what Bridgemary's Community has in store for us.

Gosport Carnival - A colourful day!...
Our first year covering the Gosport Carnival, and from the moment we arrived we we're greeted by an array of colourful costumes, stalls, floats and even motorised wheelchairs! Walpole Park (Gosport) was alive with atmosphere and we started snapping immediately!
We are looking forward to next years carnival with great antisipation.

Ryde (Isle of Wight) Carnival - It just get's better & better...
The Isle of Whight prides itself on its numerous carnivals, none more so than Ryde - We first attended Ryde Carnival in 2006 when our local carnival group (Rowner) we're asked to come and join in. Since then we have been compelled to keep returning for more, we have never seen such variety and attention to detail as displayed in the floats and particients in the procession.
Sadly we were unable to attend this year (2008) however we will return in 2009 to be amazed and speechless once more. Keep up the excellent work Ryde!

Titchfield Carnival - The South's flagship of carnivals...
WOW! Having just returned from our first year at the Titchfield Carnival, we are still blown away by the entire event. Within a matter of hours this quaint little village was turned into a carnival venue that rivalled that of Notting Hill or even New Orleans!
When it came to the procession, we can usually pick our favourites - but there we're just so many! The decor, costumes and ingenuity ofMary Poppins and her Chimney Sweeps, The choreography and dedication displayed by the Singin' in the Rain girls and of course the wild west beauties and cross-dressing antics provided by The Bugle!
Not forgetting of course the beautiful and elegant Carnival Queen(s) and Princesses, congratulations and well done to you all ladies.
